Half N + full P & K as basal and rest half N in three split dosages after

FYM @10t/ha,
N&P each @20kg/ha and Azospirilliumm or Azotobacter favoured higher
productivity and oil yield. ¨
Irrigation:
Frequent
light irrigation are required during rain free period. ¨
Harvesting:
Crop is harvested 10-15cm above the ground level.
In first year 2-3
harvests and in subsequent years 3-4 harvests are taken. ¨
Yield:
80 kg/ha average oil yield from rainfed crop, 220-250 kg/ha oil yield from
irrigated crop starting from second year. |
